What sort of warranties are included for the equipment in the SOQI Workshop package?
Your complete SOQI package includes the state-of-the-art SOQI Spa table with built in CD player, 3 Hot Houses attached and removeable, one Chi Machine and one Electro-Reflex Engergizer (TENS-Reflexology Unit). The warranties are as follows for each piece of equipment: The built in CD player comes with a free one year warranty. The Chi Machine comes with a free two year warranty. The Hot Houses that rest on the SOQI table come with one year warranties. The Electro-Reflex Energizer comes with a one year warranty as well. Extended warranties for all are available for purchase at modest prices.

Yes! You will become a distributor automatically once you purchase the SOQI Workshop promotion. You will immediately be eligible for 24% commission on all of your sales of Chi Machine company products. That does increase as you sell more over time.
I live in New Mexico, Arizona, New Jersey, Canada…should I order this package through a distributor closer to home or in my state?
No, all Chi Machine company distributors place orders and help their clients from around the county and around the world. In fact, the business etiquette of the Chi Machine company is to work with the distributor who introduced you to the Chi Machine products or promotions so that s/he can earn their well deserved commission! I hope you don’t mind my asking but…..could I get a better deal if I go directly to the Chi Machine company to place my order rather than go through you as a distributor?
Good question! Actually, no. The price would be the same regardless of which distributor you use BUT, the Chi Machine company will not even take your order witout a Distributor ID number. The Distributor ID#A124307 is what you will need for your first order. You may want to note that. You can place your order securely with me online at the www.ChiMachineOrders.com website or by phone (614) 313-3012 or by mail (see order form for address) or by fax. If you do happen to purchase or sell any other Chi Machine products after your first order, you will receive the lion's share of the commission. You will have your own distibutor ID# after your first order.
When will the SOQI Workshops in Texas, Minnesota or Los Angeles take place where I can take my MPlll training that is included FREE in the package?

Will I be able to use the equipment in the meantime, before the free training?
YES! The Chi Machine equipment is easy to use and comes with full instructions. DVDs and Videos are also available, but, I think that once you receive them and see the manuals, they are very user friendly and self-explanatory.
What if I want to set up my spa for use by my clients but don’t want to sell Chi Machine company products?
That is completely up to you. Each Chi Machine company distributor is free to do things her/his own way. In fact, my sales motto has always been “I can’t sell a five dollar bill for a dollar.” Fortunately, the Chi Machine sells itself, so I haven't had to. Acutally, I only began selling the Chi Machine because I could not keep mine in the house. Someone always wanted to borrow it for a “little while.” I am rather “hands-off” as your “upline supervisor” as we are called, letting you take the lead in letting me know what YOU need from me. I tailor how much I help you by what you tell me that you need, or ask me about. I do this out of respect for you and confidence in you. Frankly, sales people get on my nerves. You really should not hesitate to contact me if you have a question. I am an educator by profession, and not a salesperson. I will simply answer your questions. I have no interest in talking anyone into something they don't want to do. Frankly, these products are very special and I think that success with them has to come from the heart, with a genuine desire to help people as one's motivation.
What is the Electro Reflex Energizer?
The ERE is a TENS-like device that is comprised of a Reflexology foot base and a muscle stimulator unit with two LARGE, posable pads for use on the large muscle groups, such as the back and shoulders. It relieves aching muscles instantly and has cummulative benefits when used over time for pain and stress relief.
What is the shipping cost for the entire package?
$295 TOTAL for shipping…..anywhere in the lower 48. There are surcharges for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. Shipping is 100% insured, always.
